Worldwide Delivery We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $50 worldwide. For orders under $50, a flat $12 shipping fee applies.
Processing & Delivery All orders are carefully inspected and packed within 1–2 business days.
  • United States: 3–5 business days via USPS
  • Europe: 5–7 business days via DHL
  • Rest of World: 7–10 business days via DHL
Tracking & Customs Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you want to track your order, please click the link: Track Your Order. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

14-Day Hassle-Free Returns We want you to love your PoetPearl jewelry. If you’re not satisfied, return unused, unworn items within 14days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
 
Return Conditions
  • Items must be in original packaging with tags and certificates intact.
  • Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable.
  • Jewelry must be free of damage or signs of wear.
How to Return
  1. Email our team at support@poetpearl.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send a prepaid label (US orders) or international return instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely and send them back.
  4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Final Sale Items marked “Final Sale” (including clearance and limited-edition pieces) are not eligible for return or exchange.
