Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
    • United States: 3–5 business days
    • Europe: 5–7 business days
    • Rest of World: 7–10 business days
  2. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  3. How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy?
    We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable.
  2. How do I start a return?
    Please email our team at support@poetpearl.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return instructions.
  3. When will I receive my refund?
    Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Products & Sizing

  1. How should I care for my pearl jewelry?
    Pearls are delicate and should be protected from chemicals, perfumes, and moisture. We recommend storing them in a soft pouch and cleaning them gently with a soft cloth.

  1. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

  2. What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
    Our wholesale MOQ is 10 pieces, and you can mix and match styles.
