Welcome to PoetPearl Wholesale Program. We offer elegant, high-quality pearl jewelry for retailers, boutiques, and distributors worldwide. This policy outlines the terms and benefits of our wholesale cooperation.
Wholesale Discount & MOQ
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Our wholesale MOQ is 10 pieces. You may mix and match any styles, designs, or collections to meet the quantity requirement.
Discount Rate Enjoy a 40% discount (60% of the original retail price) when you order 10 pieces or more. Specifically, customers who purchase 10 pieces or more are eligible to claim a 40% off coupon to redeem the wholesale discount. For bulk orders exceeding 50 pieces, extra discounts are available—please contact our wholesale team for customized quotes.
Order & Fulfillment
- All wholesale orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. For large orders (50+ pieces), processing time may extend to 5-7 business days.
- We provide worldwide wholesale shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method (DHL/USPS).

Payment Terms
We currently only accept PayPal for standard wholesale payments. For large-quantity purchases, additional secure payment methods are available upon request, including bank transfer, credit card, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due before shipment. For long-term cooperative partners, customized payment terms are available upon application.
Returns & Exchanges
We strictly inspect all wholesale products before shipment. If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact our wholesale team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for replacement or refund.
Customized or personalized wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a quality defect caused by our production.
Brand & Packaging
All wholesale products come with PoetPearl’s original packaging (jewelry boxes, dust bags) at no extra cost. We can also provide neutral packaging upon request to meet your retail needs.
Wholesale partners are authorized to sell PoetPearl products under our brand name. Unauthorized reproduction, counterfeiting, or brand misuse is prohibited.
Wholesale Partnership Application
To become our wholesale partner, please send an email to wholesale@poetpearl.com with the following information:
- Your business name, address, and retail channel (physical store/online shop).
- Business license or relevant certification (if applicable).
- Estimated monthly order quantity and preferred product categories.
Our team will review your application and respond within 2 business days to provide the wholesale catalog and pricing list.
